Whimsical Puppets in Imaginary Lands

The Casa Blanca Inn is perfectly situated to enjoy local Farmington events, like the Gateway to Imagination workshop featured at the Farmington Museum.

This two-day puppet-making workshop features projects built from paper mache, dowels, and fabric. Once finished, participants will have an opportunity to bring their puppets to life in the gallery and display them in a public art. Puppet making is featured on May 14th, from 6 PM to 8:30 PM, and May 15th from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. Children grades 1 through 5 are welcome to attend. Space is limited.

The Farmington Museum highlights the Four Corners region's settlement as a farming center, along with Anasazi history and Navajo culture. There's also a nature center and a variety of educational programs, nature walks and activities. For more information call 505-599-1174 or reference the Farmington Museum’s website.
